The angels come screaming down--
They say that when the world ends, it ends in a flash or a bang. For us though, it ended in a series of events. For us, it's still happening. It started with a gate. From the gate came hell and from hell came monsters. Everyone knows that when the gates of hell is opened heaven is released on earth, but now it's just creating more wreckage.

Now that hell has broken loose and heaven has come crashing down they are tearing our earth apart. Human is almost a myth in this worlf.

The streets are still full and swarming but they are now oh so dangerous. better watch your step or it will be your last. Times are not what they used to be. --You don't know a thing about my sins

Wicked things have always hidden in the shadows. Skulking, waiting, as humanity ruled the light. But when the lights go out, a new kingdom emerges.

The world as we know it has ended - reduced to a toxic wasteland. Humans have died in vast numbers, and the supernatural creatures that once hid, now walk into their radioactive light.

The rules of survival have changed. New predators compete for the prize. Only the supernatural can survive.
Or can they?



Lights Out is a supernatural/apocalyptic roleplay. Characters are allowed to be humans or supernatural creatures. Any kind of creature is welcomed, whatever you can come up with. The roleplay takes place in and around the former city of Philadelphia. All the beings are trapped in this area, fighting for their lives.


The apocalypse is known as the Flash. No one knows quite what happened during the Flash - only that life was decimated. The world was almost completely destroyed. No one knows if others have survived, or if this group is all that is left.

After the Flash, when all lights went out, supernatural creatures found that this new world belonged to them. They fight for dominance as the remaining humans hide away. Or maybe some of those humans are hunting them down.

Find your way to survive, even when all other lights go out.
